Homemade Salchichon
Pork sausage made in the traditional style, without preservatives.
Horseshoe-shaped piece weighing 300 g. approximately.
It is presented vacuum packed and fresh so you can cook it in the “cazallero” style: cooked with white wine.
Recipe: Prick several areas of the sausage with the tip of a knife and place in a pot. Cover the white wine sausage with a drizzle of olive oil and put on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Grandma's recipe: Cook together a sausage and a homemade sausage (spicy or not as you like) following the same procedure indicated above.
To consume raw, it is recommended to remove from the vacuum and leave in the air so that it is more cured for at least a week, which will allow you to delight in a homemade sausage.
Ingredients: lean and pork fat, salt, starch, spices, dextrose, diphosphates, polyphosphates, sodium citrates, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate.
