In 1998, Elena Viguera and Julián Navarro, both strongly attached to their native land of Seville, launched an ambitious project: to recover the tradition of high-quality red and white wines made in the province’s Sierra Norte mountains. The climate, soil and altitude of this area earned enormous prestige for its wines in the 15th to 17th centuries. The vineyards scrupulously keep to the rules of organic agriculture, producing wines characterized by the excellent integration of the wood without losing their fruitiness.
